  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Custom and personalized products may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to international locations soon – stay tuned!

If your order arrives damaged or any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your case and work to resolve the issue promptly.
