At Girls Do It Better, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy below for guidance on how we can assist you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Custom-designed or personalised products
  • Used drinkware such as mugs and tumblers
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


4. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include your order details inside the package.
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to avoid loss during transit.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please:

  • Return the original product following the steps above.
  • Place a new order for the desired item.
