Can I create my own custom design?

Yes! Our “Design Your Own” option allows you to submit your own artwork or text to create a personalised product. Perfect for gifts, events, or branding.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your desired products to the cart, and follow the checkout process. For custom products, use the Design Your Own section to upload your design.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as other secure payment options available at checkout.

Do your prices include tax?

Yes, all listed prices include applicable taxes.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and not personalised/custom.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale pricing?
